phs-uncoated stands for uncoated hot-forming grades made by voestalpine and was specially developed for the highest demands in lightweight automotive design. The grades combine excellent formability in as-delivered condition with maximum strength after hardening, which is ideal for safety-related components with complex geometries. phs-uncoated impresses with reliable process reliability, very good weldability and high dimensional accuracy. For innovative lightweight solutions where corrosion protection is not a priority.
Cold-rolled enameled steels are characterized by a homogeneous surface, tight dimensional tolerances and good forming properties. They were specially developed for enameling and feature a permanent, decorative and corrosion-resistant coating. Typical applications include household appliances as well as plumbing and heating technologies, where high surface quality and resistance are required.
