Saving 20,000 to CO2 - A highly visible statement of our commitment to sustainability!
We recently had the pleasure of welcoming our Northern Endurance Partnership (NEP) project partner BP to Linz.
voestalpine Grobblech is proud to be part of this fundamental milestone in Europe to drive decarbonization and together with BP be an integral part of the global effort to achieve the 2050 climate targets.
The material selection for this project also contributes to the sustainable approach as the entire project will be realized using heavy plates of voestalpine Grobblech with a reduced CO2 footprint!
With around 90,000 tons of greentec steel, an equivalent of 20,000 to CO2 will be saved on the material side of this light house project.
