voestalpine Annual General Meeting approves dividend of EUR 0.75

At today’s 34th Annual General Meeting of voestalpine AG, a dividend of EUR 0.75 per share was agreed for the business year 2025/26 in accordance with the proposal of the Management Board and Supervisory Board. This corresponds to an increase of 25% compared to the previous year (EUR 0.60). The payment of the dividend will be made starting July 14, 2026 (ex-dividend day: July 9, 2026).

voestalpine achieved an overall positive result in the business year 2025/26. The reorganization of those business units facing structural changes was consistently pursued, while at the same time key international growth projects were developed further. The greentec steel transformation program is also on schedule: as planned, an electric arc furnace will go into operation both in Linz and in Donawitz in the first half of 2027 as a first step, enabling the Group to reduce its CO2 emissions by 30% by 2029 (compared with 2019). During the current business year, the strategic focus remains on these three key areas, as reported by the Management Board at the Annual General Meeting held at the Design Center in Linz.

In accordance with the dividend policy adopted last year (distribution ratio of 30%), the dividend for the business year 2025/26 is EUR 0.75 per share. With this, voestalpine is continuing its tradition of dependable dividend payments. Since its IPO in 1995, the Group’s shareholders have consistently participated in voestalpine’s success.
