The training course covers the analysis of error codes and faults, as well as how to rectify them, using practical examples relating to voestalpine Böhler Welding welding and cutting equipment. It also covers general machine settings at the service level and their impact on the overall system. Furthermore, the legal basis and the procedures for safety inspections and equipment calibration are explained and practised.

In addition, warranty processing, spare parts management and the efficient use of the Service Manager are covered.

Objective:

Participants will be able to diagnose equipment faults accurately, carry out repairs professionally, perform calibration and safety checks in accordance with standards, and confidently manage warranty and spare parts processes – including the use of all relevant service tools.
