Brazing Wires

Découvrez nos fils de cuivre et d'aluminium pour les applications de brasage telles que le brasage MIG, le brasage laser et le brasage laser à grande vitesse.

Fontargen Brazing wires are characterized by an especially high process stability, enabling the user to braze manually or automatically. The pure and smooth wire surface leads to longer service intervals of the wire feeding system. Typical applications are MIG-brazing of zinc plated or uncoated steel sheets in the automotive industry, solenoids, air condition and container building.

Fontargen Brazing is involved in many global R&D projects, partnerships with automotive manufacturers and networks with car body fabricators. Fontargen Brazing provides the technical support required to develop a technical process optimization with the customer as well as choosing the correct brazing consumable and supporting users in its optimal application.

Fontargen Brazing provides additional value by offering:

  • Process optimization with the customer
  • Support at solving and brazing problems
  • Training courses for staff
  • Expertise in brazing techniques
  • Strong customer support by our competent internal and external staff members

Wire Benefits

  • Narrow tolerance of the chemical analysis
  • High quality wire surface
  • Fully recyclable Eco drum
  • Brazing with copper alloys:
    • Optimal gap bridging
    • Low joining temperatures
    • No galvanizing of the joining seam required
    • Low distortion of the base material due to low heat input
