Management and Supervisory Board

The six members of the voestalpine AG Management Board comprise the Chairman of the Management Board, the CFO, and the Heads of the Divisions. Together, they manage the Group’s business segments and—together with the Supervisory Board—are responsible for its corporate strategic development and coordination.

Our Supervisory Board consists of eight elected members. The members all have extensive and relevant experience in various industry sectors, and their role is to oversee the work of the Group’s Management Board.
