Reliability rewarded

voestalpine Anarbeitung and voestalpine Stahl Service Center recognized with the AL-KO Supplier Award

Last year a total of 500 suppliers were entered as contestants to win the award that was established in 2011 by AL-KO. Nine of these suppliers were awarded prizes on 26 February 2013.

voestalpine was the only steel supplier to be awarded in the category of reliability.

voestalpine has been a supplier to AL-KO since the 1990s. There has not been a single quality claim for the last three years. This is a special achievement when you take into consideration that half of all the steel delivered to AL-KO comes from voestalpine.

The AL-KO KOBER GROUP belongs to the world's leading suppliers of automobile, garden and hobby, ventilation and air-conditioning technologies. A total of 4,200 company employees work at four plants located in Germany and Austria and 50 sites worldwide. In 2011, AL-KO achieved a turnover of approximately 676 million euros.
