Recognition at European Change Communication Award 2013

The Steel Division instigated the Process project in 2011 in order to make more transparent the entire value-added chain in IT processes. The project has the objective of providing an improved overview of all processes throughout the Division with new and more uniform IT architecture. The result will be more rapid and flexible controlling.

Each of the more than 10,000 employees in the Steel Division are affected by the changes introduced by this project, which is a major challenge for those responsible for internal project communications.

The mass communications strategy of the corporate communications department was submitted as an example of excellent support in the area of communications to European Change Communications Award 2013 and was honored with special recognition.
