BÖHLER L625 is a non-magnetizable corrosion and heat resistant nickel alloy in the form of bars, forgings and semi-finished products up to max 254 mm diameter/ cross-section and oxidation resistant up to 1093°C. Best fatigue strength and resistance to stress corrosion cracking when exposed to chloride containing media. Good weldability.

BÖHLER R100 ia a a premium aircraft-quality, vacuum-arc-remelted low-alloy steel in the form of bars, forgings and forging stock. The grade is used typically for parts requiring through hardening properties, usually with hardness of approximately 60 HRC in section thicknesses 0.50 inch (12.7 mm) and under. E.g. bearing rings and rolling elements, bearing balls and races.

BÖHLER R250 is a a premium aircraft-quality, double vacuum-melted low-alloy steel in the form of bars, forgings and forging stock. The grade is used typically for parts such as bearings operating under heavy loads and high speeds at moderate temperatures up to 600° F. E.g. bearings and rolling elements, bearing balls and races.

BÖHLER R350 is a premium aircraft-quality, double vacuum-melted low-alloy steel in the form of bars, forgings and forging stock. The grade is used typically for critical carburized parts such as bearings operating under heavy loads and high speeds at moderate temperatures.
