In 2018 you will be able to rent the well-known Fas wagons from us, be it for short or for longer periods of time. We have added several of these freight wagons to our current wagon fleet. The Fas wagon is a tipper, which can be used for the transport of new as well as old ballast or sand, which in turn is used for construction and renewal of the track.
The tilting container of 31 m³ has a maximum loading capacity of 54 tonnes and can easily transport a large quantity of bulk goods. The pneumatic tilting system unloads the material easily and remotely, right beside the track. This doesn't just speed up the process but makes the use of a crane as a whole unnecessary. The Fas wagon is a great alternative for flat wagons or Fccpps wagons.
The Regs can be used for various purposes as we are currently conducting tests with custom built container bins which are placed on top of the wagon. In addition to the transport of sleepers, rails and switch parts, old ballast will be able to be transported too as of this summer. This is a continued expansion of our wagon fleet, in addition to the existing Klmos wagons which are our flat wagons with steel base. This feature guarantees a flexible use of the Regs wagon.
