About You

Are you ready to start your professional career with us? Are you motivated, do you think out of the box, customer-oriented and a team player? The Trainee Program

During this 2-year Specialist Trainee Program you will gain a comprehensive insight into the exciting world of tool steel. In an international environment, you will develop into a specialist for one of the areas of Finance und Controlling, Supply Chain Management, Domestic– or Export Sales . From day one, you will receive hands-on training through participation in strategic projects and daily functional assignments. At the end of the trainee program, you may be offered a full-time position in Vienna or possibly in another country. The trainee program aims to hire individuals at the beginning of their career with high potential and help them develop into future experts and leaders within our company. More details:

What can I expect from each area?

Finance und Controlling

» Check, book and pay incoming invoices

» Prepare and report monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

» Contact with other accounting departments, auditors and internal departments

» Securing/monitoring customer receivables, booking incoming payments

» Prepare an enterprise budget and budget/actual variance analyses.

Supply Chain Management

» Steel purchasing

»Inventory and supply planning

»Issue invoices

» Track orders and requests

» Contact with suppliers, customers, forwarding agents and internal departments

Domestic Sales

» Cooperation with suppliers

» Development of personal skills

» Customer inquiries and order processing

» Customer service and business development

» Internal reporting, projects/measures, special tasks

» Handling of deviations in order to find solutions for the customer

Export Sales

» Customer contact
