Metallpulver

Wir bieten eine breite Palette von Metallpulvern für verschiedene Spritz- und Schweißverfahren an. UTP hat sich auf die Entwicklung geeigneter Schutzbeschichtungen auf Basis des Belastungsprofils unter Verwendung meist preiswerter Grundmaterialien und geeigneter Draht- und Pulvermaterialien für zeitgemäße Beschichtungsverfahren spezialisiert. 

Die Metallpulver auf Nickel-, Kobalt- und Eisenbasis werden je nach Kundenwunsch durch Mischpulver mit speziellen und hervorragenden Eigenschaften hinsichtlich Verschleiß- und Korrosionsverhalten, auch bei großen Temperaturbereichen ergänzt. Neben den klassischen Flammspritzverfahren und dem bewährten Plasma-Pulverauftragsschweißen werden bei voestalpine Böhler Welding UTP neue Verfahren mittels Laserauftragsschweißen eingeführt.
