Duplex-VARIANTIC® is ideal for tools used in drawing, stamping, trimming, blanking, piercing, and forming. It performs at deposition temperatures below 450°C, preserving dimensional accuracy and metallurgical integrity of the substrate. Its dense, fine-grain structure resists microcracking, while the nitrided base boosts compressive strength and supports the coating under dynamic loads.
