Your benefits and advantages

Large viewing area - see your weld from any angle and enjoy unlimited possibilities

  • Designed for welders who demand an extra-large viewing area (124 x 80 mm) – perfect for heavy duty applications with high welding speeds and different welding processes. Get the perfect view of your weld from all positions and angles.

Wide shade range with a light open state of 2.5 for unmatched clarity

  • With a light open state of 2.5, you will experience unmatched clarity when the ADF is not active. The ADF's digital backlighting panel ensures excellent visibility of settings in low-light work areas. The 0.5-step shade adjustment makes your settings even more precise. Use the same helmet for MIG, TIG, stick , plasma cutting and grinding by simply adjusting the shade levels. Leave your helmet on while preparing your workpiece and enjoy maximum comfort and a seamless workflow.

High wearing comfort with comfort neck padding

  • Experience superior wearing comfort with the new headgear, which has been developed for long welding jobs. It features four balance-optimizing straps and three length-adjustable straps for a customised fit. The extra neck padding ensures maximum comfort, while the front sweatband adds extra cushioning on the forehead. Enjoy exceptional comfort throughout your working day.

See the Perfect Weld Seam like never before

  • Improve your colour clarity and natural vision with our True Colour technology with reduced blue light transmission. This allows you to see the arc, workpiece and the surroundings in a completely natural way. The ADF clarity comes with the highest classification V1+TIG in acc. with ISO 16321-2.

Additional features of the Evolution V80M:

      • Auto-Shade Mode – automatically adjusts to the optimal shade level
      • Tack Mode – reduces eye strain during spot welding
      • Shade Lock – locks the filter at a fixed shade level for consistent protection
      • Fade Delay Technology – includes both 2-step and smooth fade delay for a controlled transition back to light state
    • The Evolution V80 offers the largest viewing area on the market at 124 x 80 mm. Its wide lens provides a clear view of your weld seam — from any angle and in any position.

    • Yes. The headgear is fully adjustable with four support straps for a secure and customized fit. An ergonomic neck cushion along with additional padding at the forehead and sides ensures long-lasting comfort — even during intensive, all-day use.

    • Yes, both the Evolution V80 & V80M welding helmets are equipped with advanced ADF (auto-darkening filter) technology. In inactive mode, the lens remains at a light shade of 2.5, ensuring a clear view. As soon as the arc is detected, the filter darkens within fractions of a second—providing optimal eye protection.

    • Yes, both models feature a basic delay function (switching from dark to light state in 0.1 to 0.85 seconds). The Evolution V80M also offers enhanced features, including a 2-step delay (with two selectable settings) and a fade delay function for smooth brightness transitions.

    • Shade Lock allows you to set a fixed darkening level permanently – ideal for environments with changing light conditions, reflections, or consistently bright surroundings. The lens remains at a constant dark shade, similar to a passive filter lens.

      • During spot welding, the frequent switching between light and dark states caused by repeated arc strikes can lead to significant eye strain. Tack Mode helps reduce this visual fatigue:
      • When activated, the lens does not immediately return to light shade 2.5 after the arc is extinguished. Instead, it switches to an intermediate shade level 5.
      • If another arc is struck within 2 seconds, the lens automatically returns to the preset dark shade. If no arc occurs, it then switches back to the light state—ensuring more comfortable and eye-friendly working conditions.
    • Yes. All helmets equipped with Auto-Darkening Filters (ADF) provide reliable protection against UV (ultraviolet) and IR (infrared) radiation—regardless of the currently active shade level. This protection is permanently active, even when the lens is in the light state, and is ensured by special filter coatings.
