The patented wave design allows a gap size of up to 1.3 mm, significantly increasing the cross-sectional area for die evacuation compared to standard systems. This larger gap allows for higher process reliability and a reduction in maintenance and cleaning effort. Furthermore, ejection forces are strongly reduced, leading to easy ejection and less bonding in the venting area.
