In #OurFavorite­Things, Gabriela once again lights up for important things

Gabriela is an “old hand” when it comes to film productions and marketing in general. She was in front of the camera for the “greentec steel” shoot, and remains true to this theme in #OurFavoriteThings. Her appearance in our imagefilm gives us the chance to take a look inside the H2FUTURE research facility in Linz.

Gabriela is responsible for the voestalpine Metal Engineering Division (MED) campaigns at the in-house marketing agency in Leoben and, together with her colleagues, manages over 50 external channels for the five business units—on time, in unison, and simultaneously. This requires both creativity and good organization.

Fresh blood for a traditional industry

Although she has only been a voestalpine employee since 2019, she was introduced to Railway Systems during an internship in 2014. One of her jobs at the Marketing Communication Agency is looking after the Welding business unit. She looks back fondly and proudly on the journey required to build the structure that includes monthly whitepapers and technical insights for effective communication on the channels. Designing creatively and organizing systematically

The digital marketing expert’s jobs are varied, and she loves the intercultural work with the people in the business units and in the Marketing Communication Agency. When designing the websites, she incorporates current trends that offer users convenience, speedy access to information, and fun surfing the site. Her daily business is planning and creating stories based on the editorial plan for the many channels. She also keeps an eye on how they perform “out there”, and interacts with the users. For her, creating new campaigns is the icing on the cake. It’s something she really enjoys.
