What exactly is this about?
The aim of the Wire World Café event is to make the performance in Wire corporate strategy and the four corporate values of quality, innovation, flexibility and sustainability understood and anchored in the company, while at the same time fully integrating our employees.
What did you particularly like about the Wire World Café?
It was not possible to determine exactly what made the Wire World Café so successful. For some, it was the opportunity for discussion and the chance to help shape the company, while other employees mentioned the great breakfast and the relaxed coffee house atmosphere.
Where do we go from here?
A number of concrete measures have already emerged from the great employee ideas, and "we are working on consistently pursuing and implementing these". And at the end of the series of events, one thing was clear to all participants: "The Wire World Café is a good opportunity to get actively involved in the company and help shape it.
