WIG Stäbe

Wir bieten ein umfassendes Sortiment an hochwertigen Stäben für das WIG-Schweißen an, das alle wichtigen Klassen abdeckt. Drähte in Premiumqualität für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen. 

Das WIG-Schweißverfahren steht für qualitativ hochwertiges Schweißen und wird für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen wie dem Rohrleitungsbau, der Lebensmittelindustrie, Druckbehälter, der Luftfahrt und vielen anderen eingesetzt. 

Um ein perfektes WIG-Ergebnis zu erzielen, müssen mehrere Parameter für die Wolframelektrode berücksichtigt werden, z. B. die Zusammensetzung des Elektrodenmaterials auf Wolframbasis, Durchmesser, Spitzenwinkel und -form oder die thermische Belastung. Die Schweißparameter können anhand von standardisierten Tabellen oder mit Hilfe von Schweißmaschinen erfolgen, die über intelligenten Funktionen, wie Böhler Welding EasyArc, verfügen. 

Der Anwendungsbereich reicht vom Schweißen dünner Profile aus un- und mittellegierten sowie rostfreien Stahlsorten bis zum hochwertigen Wurzelschweißen dickerer Bleche und Rohre. MIG / MAG ist das bevorzugte Verfahren für nicht-eisenhaltige Werkstoffe wie Aluminium-, Magnesium- oder Kupferlegierungen.
