Promoting the social aspects of sustainability

A small contribution goes a long way. Taken together, it is these seemingly small contributions that collectively add up to making a Social Impact. voestalpine HPM India recognizes the social gap in access to technology for economically challenged students.

“We wanted to bridge this gap through our Digital Device Donation Drive. Thus, we donated a laptop to a student who is having an excellent academic record but was facing a challenge due to the lack of technology, in specific a laptop.”​​​​​​​ Ankita Angre, Employee in HR and Administration, vHPM India

Ms. Disha Kanojiya who is perusing her Management Studies and is in her second year, gave some kind words: “I come from a family with financial difficulties and we were unable to afford a laptop for my studies. I have been trying to make do with the resources available to me like the computer library but it becomes increasingly challenging to keep up with the demands of my studies without a personal laptop. I thank you voestalpine HPM India for providing me with a laptop with the tools I need to succeed in my studies. Thank you so much as, it is like giving wings to my Success. Thank you!”
