Part of the global voestalpine Böhler Welding Group, the company was founded in 1979. It has over 40 years of experience and expertise in the design and manufacture of arc welding equipment, with a high level of competence in electronics and metallurgy.

The company's Research & Design Center employs a skilled staff of welding engineers, software engineers, hardware and mechanical engineers to continuously develop new products and technical solutions, many of which are covered by international patents. The advanced R&D laboratories are equipped with the latest technological equipment.
