Our experienced team can offer technical support and advice on the products we supply and how to get the best performance from them. We can also manufacture components to your specifications, and our specialist on-site laboratory enables rapid testing of samples.
Waterjet Cutting
Our CNC waterjet cutting system can cut complex shapes directly out of our plate and sheet, often without the necessity of mechanical finishing – which saves you time and money.
For serial production, we can manufacture in twin-head cutting mode, which halves the processing time.
Heat Treatment
Whether in a furnace atmosphere or in vacuum processing, we offer the entire heat treatment range from 200 to 1,200 °C. Our standard heat treatments include solution annealing, aging and stress relief heat treatment.
Material Testing
Specialized materials are often subject to extreme mechanical loads. In order to assure maximum safety, we offer our entire portfolio of procedures for destructive and non-destructive material testing, as well as other specialized testing procedures.
In addition to the standard forms of inspection certificates in accordance with EN 10204, we are able to create order-related production and inspection plans, production line schedules or individual component documentation. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Cutting
With specialist saws located right next to our high rack storage facility, materials can be cut to individual customer specifications and dispatched quickly and efficiently. We have well trained operators, which enables us to respond quickly and precisely to customer demands.
The use of both bi-metal and carbide blades gives us the ability to cut a wide range of materials, from basic stainless steels up to the hardest of nickel grade alloys. Our saws have various cutting capabilities, with the largest saw being able to cut up to a maximum of 1800mm cutting width.
Pre- and Final Machining
Machining of special steels and nickel alloys requires metallurgical expertise and special equipment. Whether it is rough milling, fine milling, precision grinding, drilling or turning, our service is tailored to your needs and we can guarantee professional and economical machining.
Special CNC machines give us the capability to produce machine finished components and test pieces from our extensive stock range upon request.
Capabilities range from standard operations to bespoke machining operations in line with client drawings.
Cold Drawing
Using cold drawing, bars can be manufactured with high precision. Based on our expertise and using targeted cold drawing techniques, we are able to offer products with exceptional characteristics. The process produces components that combine extremely high mechanical strength and excellent ductility.
Hot and Cold Work Hardening
Through a defined hot/cold forming process, we offer products with exceptional properties for your application.
This specific manufacturing process simultaneously combines extremely high mechanical strength with excellent ductility.
