Reaching new heights with Daniel’s #FavoriteMoments
- 2
Daniel S. completed his training as a production technician at our training workshop in Krems. Since joining the company, he has been taking one career step after another: He got off to a solid start in our production department as a plant assistant. Then he stepped up his game with a two-year foreman training program in mechanical engineering and automation technology. And now he’s taking it to the next level with training to become a shift supervisor.
Daniel has already had some great experiences with us. The fact that voestalpine made his training at the foreman school possible is, for him, a very special expression of genuine appreciation and ranks among his absolute #FavoriteMoments. With this training, further career opportunities and various advancement prospects are open to him within the company.
Our production machinery is always state-of-the-art. Unlocking the deepest secrets of new equipment and harnessing its maximum performance for our efficient production—that’s Daniel’s specialty. He is responsible for a CNC-controlled sawing and drilling machine, which is primarily used to manufacture uprights for our high-bay racking systems. He ensures that the machine is loaded, the programs run smoothly, and the machine is then unloaded.
Daniel shares his knowledge wherever he can. As a supervisor, it is important to him that the training and onboarding of new colleagues is always of high quality and that everyone works together as equals.
In our new brand and image campaign #FavoriteMoments, we show our contribution to a modern, sustainable life from the perspective of people. We focus on their individual favorite moments and the commitment of our employees that makes such moments possible. The specially composed song “All these moments” accompanies the campaign and musically conveys our values, courage, community and our joy for the future and is authentically accompanied by pictures of our employees.
