After the pandemic put the brakes on the first attempt in March 2020, it was time for Kurt Niederberger and Bernhard Frieß to actively establish personal contacts on site again from May 2022 onwards.

Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) - Trade fair visit

The largest oil and gas event in Latin America, the "Rio Oil and Gas" trade fair, was used by Kurt Niederberger (left) and Bernhard Frieß (right) to establish new contacts in this economic region.

Villahermosa (Mexico) - Business Lunch

During a business lunch in Villahermosa (Mexico, Tabasco Province), Kurt Niederberger and Bernhard Frieß were not only able to hold personal talks with business partners, but also to get to know the local culture through the reception in traditional costume. Hospitality is an important topic, but the fact that red wine was served chilled made the two smile about the small, subtle culinary differences.

The two also experienced a scary moment in Mexico City when they had to evacuate their hotel in the middle of the night during an earthquake. Luckily, everything went well.

The extensive business program was rounded off with a traditional barbecue with our local partner in Colombia.
