Customer Service

In order to guarantee the best quality and service to its customers, also after purchasing, voestalpine Tubulars offers a range of various services and training seminars.
The following services are provided either directly on-site or at voestalpine Tubulars’ location in Austria:

Field Assistance Service

  • Visual inspection of connections and if possible small repairs to damages caused during transit and handling.
  • Explanation of running procedures to rig crews and providing make-up parameters.
  • Checking the suitability of handling and make-up equipment.
  • Assistance in the interpretation of make-up graphs.
  • General assistance to supervisors including recommendations for cleaning, handling, doping, stabbing and make-up.

  • Principals
  • Performance Properties
  • Running Procedures
  • Make-up graphs
  • Visual inspection and small repairs

Pipe Inspection Service

  • Visual inspection of pipe-body and connections at the pipe yard
  • Small repairs of damages, if possible
  • On request: Inspection of connections with voestalpine Tubulars proprietary gauges

Services will be charged according to the Service Rate Sheet, which is available by contacting the Field Service Team. Any other service can be offered on request.
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants of training seminars.


Qualified partners all over the world receive, after fulfilling our requirements and verification process, the license to a repair our pipes and to thread our Premium Connections on accessories.
