Low cost production
The cold rolling of steel profiles replaces conventional bending during production and is in many cases more cost-effective in production.
Our engineers use the so-called "flower" - i.e. the forming steps - to develop a tool with which a prototype is produced. Further cost and time savings are guaranteed by the inline further processing steps such as pre-punching and flying punching. Our innovative machinery enables us to plan our capacities very flexibly.
Highest quality - automated and certified
The fully automated production processes of our customers require higher steel grades (DC 01/C390/C490). voestalpine Präzisionsprofil GmbH is able to form these high-strength steels with consistently high quality and the lowest tolerances. One of our outstanding competences is the production of precision profiles with smallest dimensions in stainless steel. By the way: voestalpine Präzisionsprofil GmbH is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and above all according to IATF 16949, the quality standard of the automotive industry.
