In addition, we regularly offer our SAP Young Professional Program. This one-year program combines full-time work with training. It is available in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Austria. The program prepares participants for careers as SAP Consultants or ABAP Developers. Upon completion, the primary responsibilities in Consulting involve advising clients, while in Development they focus on the technical implementation of digital solutions.
The accompanying training consists of SAP fundamentals and SAP specialization courses provided by SAP. From the very beginning, you will handle minor customer inquiries in third-level support with the support of mentors.
Throughout the entire training period, we always pay attention to the individual development of all Young Professionals and provide guidance and support. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable and is able to develop their talents.
