Michael’s #FavoriteMoments: Accelerating Manufacturing Together
- 2
Michael F. is responsible for optimal production capacity planning at our high-bay warehouse specialist in Krems. He schedules plant utilization and manages in-house production to ensure that high-bay warehouse projects around the world can be completed on time.
It happens that we make faster progress on construction sites than planned, says the production planner. Then Michael demonstrates what he and his colleagues can achieve at the numerous points of collaboration: Across the entire value chain, processes are accelerated in no time. This ensures that projects proceed smoothly and customers are satisfied. Michael is truly proud that shifting into high gear—and the close collaboration across departmental boundaries that this entails—works so well time and again.
To ensure that such peak performance can be delivered time and again, close cohesion is essential: on the one hand, a focus on the big picture, and on the other, everyone’s personal commitment to achieving the goal together. Every step in the process makes sense, and everyone involved in the value chain knows
When Michael sees how many small cogs can make a big difference here, those are #FavoriteMoments for him—moments he loves to talk about. What does that mean? Progress becomes visible to everyone, and major projects can be completed. It’s precisely these kinds of “happy endings” that are possible thanks to Michael and his team, as well as the active commitment and expert, solution-oriented approach of everyone involved.
In our new brand and image campaign #FavoriteMoments, we show our contribution to a modern, sustainable life from the perspective of people. We focus on their individual favorite moments and the commitment of our employees that makes such moments possible. The specially composed song “All these moments” accompanies the campaign and musically conveys our values, courage, community and our joy for the future and is authentically accompanied by pictures of our employees.
