Patricia W. is our expert in environmental and sustainability management. She focuses on further developing our environmental management system and oversees certifications such as ISO 14001. In doing so, she helps ensure that our processes are systematically aligned with international environmental standards and continuously improved. This includes, for example, waste separation, the collection of environmental metrics, and employee training. These certifications confirm to our customers that we manufacture our products for road safety and high-bay warehouse systems in accordance with the highest international standards.
Patricia is currently working part-time with us while she pursues her education: She is in her sixth semester of the “Sustainable Resource Management” program and is able to perfectly combine theory and practice here. For her, continuing education in this field makes perfect sense, because doing things halfway isn’t “her thing”—rather, it’s about personal responsibility and professional growth.
Conducting a TÜV audit without a team leader? It’s possible, and Patricia has proven it. The environmental manager learned “a lot very quickly” in the process and put theory into practice. At the end of the day, she successfully completed the audit. “That makes me proud.”
