When we introduced our Full Welding Solution for efficient and high quality MIG/MAG cladding for the O&G industry in April 2021 we promised you 50% savings in time and 20% savings in wire consumption.

After continuous tests and validations, we can offer you maximum flexibility with our Full Welding Solution for the O&G industry. Choose between 5.5 and 3.3 mm layer thickness and save up to 50% of your wire consumption compared to the conventional 2-layer process.

The Single Layer MIG Weld-Overlay enables the cladding of corrosion resistant and hard surfacing alloys by an innovative low dilution process in combination with high quality welding consumables. Cladding of alloy 625 with Fe<5% in one single layer with 3.3 mm or 5.5 mm thickness is now possible using UTP A 6222Mo wire and our CladPulse process!
