    ANNOUNCEMENT pursuant to Section 225k of the Austrian Stock Corporation Act (AktG)

    On 24.11.2011, in proceedings (case ref. 73 Fr 3694/09w) in the Vienna Commercial Court for review of the cash compensation to shareholders excluded from Böhler-Uddeholm AG pursuant to Section 6 (2) GesAusG (Gesellschafter-Ausschlussgesetz, Austrian Minority Shareholder Squeeze-Out Act) in conjunction with Section 225c ff of the Austrian Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz, AktG), before the competent committee, a SETTLEMENT was concluded.
