Demand-driven supply through Just-in-Time (JIT), Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Customer Managed Inventory (CMI), and consignment stock—combined with flexible delivery formats such as coils (up to 3 tons), rings, spools, or bars. Variable batch sizes and optimized coil concepts reduce changeover costs, material usage, and storage costs.

We supply wire rod in standard coils of up to 3 tons, or alternatively in 2.5- or 2.7-ton formats. Larger coil weights facilitate handling, reduce material usage for strapping, and minimize the risk of damage.

The minimum order quantity depends on the product type; smaller quantities are also available for prototyping and special applications. In addition, various ring sizes, coil shapes, and packaging types are available, tailored to transportation, storage, and further processing.

A fully automated high-bay warehouse ensures the surface quality of the wire rod, reduces mechanical damage and corrosion risks, and increases the efficiency of logistics processes.

We specifically rely on combined rail and road transport: Loading takes place directly at the terminal, transport is by train, and final distribution over the last leg is by truck. This reduces emissions, transport effort, and costs, while fixed schedules ensure high planning reliability.
