An integrated material flow system and coil weights of up to 3 tons create the basis for efficient and secure supply chains.

Wire rod deliveries are available in coils weighing up to 3 tons, or alternatively in formats weighing 2.5 or 2.7 tons.

These larger coil weights reduce the need for changeovers on your equipment, reduce material consumption for binding, and facilitate handling, thereby reducing the risk of damage. The minimum purchase quantity depends on the product type. Smaller quantities are also available for prototyping and special applications. In addition, various ring sizes, coil shapes, and packaging types are available, which are optimized for transport, storage, and further processing.

We rely on combined rail and road transport to reduce CO₂ emissions while ensuring high delivery reliability. Products are loaded directly at the terminal and transported by train, with the last few kilometers covered by truck. This solution reduces emissions through higher payloads and fewer trips, increases cost efficiency, and ensures predictable processes thanks to fixed train schedules. In addition, we are investing in the expansion of our network in Germany, the UK, and Poland to provide sustainable logistics solutions.
