Our employees as the key to success. Flexibility and the willingness to change are important core competences within our company. We need flexible employees, especially in an environment characterized by digitization, industry 4.0 and virtualization. Continuous training and targeted development of our team promotes flexibility in doing and thinking.

Due to the current situation which is characterized by the Covid19 pandemic and the effects of it, our employees have to face great challenges in terms of flexibility. The world of work has changed due to teleworking and extensive safety and hygiene measures, presenting our employees with new challenges every day. For more than a year now, our employees in all areas of the company have been impressively proving that they are more than ready to tackle these challenges.
