Precision that pays off

Carefully heated 230 mm round bars ensure the ideal microstructure of the steel, forming the basis for outstanding product performance. Combined with advanced cross-rolling technology, this allows us to achieve extremely tight wall thickness tolerances – without deviations, even over lengths of up to 14 meters.

This uniformity delivers clear advantages for our customers. In downstream applications, such as screen production, consistent pipes reduce rework during drilling and wiring processes – resulting in higher efficiency and measurable cost savings.

At the same time, we are recognized experts in sour service grades. With one of the few ISO-accredited sour gas laboratories worldwide, we provide tailored testing to meet increasingly challenging well conditions, particularly in sour environments.

The result: premium seamless pipes that combine precision, reliability, and real economic value.

We achieve extremely tight tolerances on OD and wall thickness – even across 14-meter pipes, thanks to precisely heated 230 mm round bars and our cross-rolling process. The higher the uniformity of the steel pipe, the less rework is required during further processing. This helps our customers to save time and money.
