A total of eight young talents will start their apprenticeships in the fields of Metallurgy and Forming Technology, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering with a focus on Automation and Process Control Technology, Machining Technology, and Mechanical Engineering.
During the Apprenticeship Day, the new apprentices and their parents were warmly welcomed by representatives from Human Resources, the Management Board, and the Works Council. The participants received a first introduction to voestalpine Tubulars, while managers and trainers presented themselves and provided an overview of the apprenticeship program and the opportunities ahead.
The official signing of the training contracts marked the beginning of this important new stage in the apprentices' lives. Following group and individual photos for company ID badges, the apprentices attended initial safety briefings and were fitted with their workwear and safety shoes. At the same time, parents had the opportunity to gain insights into the company during a guided plant tour. The day concluded with a shared lunch, providing time for informal conversations and networking.
By choosing a technical profession, these young talents are laying the foundation for a successful future. We are proud to support them on their journey and look forward to accompanying them throughout their apprenticeship.
We wish all our apprentices a successful start and every success in their training at voestalpine Tubulars!
