ONLINE TRAININGS for Excellent Key Account Management

We focus on the needs of our customers and strengthen our service skills. As a flexible, innovative and reliable partner, we ensure quality in all sales process steps.

In October and November, voestalpine Wire Technology organized internal online training courses on the subject of “top performance in key account management”. Even in these challenging times it is particularly important for us to optimally support our customers and to provide our employees with innovative tools for excellent key account management.

More than 20 employees from the areas of sales and technology from five international voestalpine Wire Technology locations completed the online training with commitment, enthusiasm and dynamism.  

The success speaks for itself: Highest customer orientation, fast and flexible reaction as well as the ability to innovate are just some of the factors that have a decisive influence on our successful key account management and make the difference for our customers.
