Welcome Day 2025 - We welcome our new employees

15 April 2025 |

On April 14, 2025, the second Welcome Day took place to officially welcome our new employees to voestalpine Tubulars. This event should be an expression of appreciation for our new employees and a positive basis for successful cooperation.

The day began with a welcome from the management in the conference room. After a brief introduction to the company, everyone had a chance to test their knowledge in a quiz game. Next on the agenda was an exciting tour of the factory. The new colleagues were given a detailed insight into what happens at the Kindberg site. From the seamless hot rolling mill to the finishing line and the loading stations, the most important production steps were visited and interesting insights were provided.

Back in the conference room, the exciting quiz was finally solved - to the delight of all participants, who had puzzled along with great curiosity. Afterwards, a cosy snack together provided the ideal setting to share the day's impressions in a relaxed atmosphere. Over coffee, snacks and stimulating conversation, not only did new colleagues get to know each other, but long-standing colleagues also enjoyed sharing their experiences.

The Welcome Day aims to give new employees a comprehensive insight into the corporate culture, structures and values of our company. In addition to informative program items, the day also offered the valuable opportunity to discuss personal questions directly with managing directors, the HR department and the employee representatives - all in the spirit of an open and transparent welcome culture.

We hope that all participants will have positive memories of the day and feel well received in the company as a result. We are already looking forward to the next Welcome Day in fall 2025, when we can once again welcome new faces and celebrate the start of a successful collaboration together.
