We are proud to present the latest addition to our Proprietary Connections: the VAtitan®-SF. This innovative semiflush connection has been specially developed for demanding applications in oil and gas production, so that even deeper and difficult-to-access raw material deposits can be extracted safely and in an environmentally friendly manner. Due to the semiflush technology, seamless steel pipes can be connected directly and securely. VAtitan®-SF - the High-Performance Semiflush Connection - was specifically developed for use in confined spaces and extended reach wells. It combines high torques with a slim design, offering new possibilities for demanding drilling conditions.

VAtitan®-SF impresses with the following features and benefits:

Optimized slim design:

The connection has an optimized/minimized outside diameter upset, making it ideal for slim hole designs, workover strings, liners and tiebacks. The smooth internal profile minimizes turbulences and provides good conditions for internal pipe coating.

Simple and fast installation:

The two-step connections design ensures easy handling and increases efficiency and speed during installation due to the deep stabbing.

High performance for long laterals:

The connection performance is fit-for-pupose tested for multi-fractured horizontal wells, including extreme overtorque, fatigue life, and combined loads.

Improved quality of the cement bond:

The robust connection design enables high-torque rotation during cementing operations, improving the bonding between between cement and steel as well as centralizing the casing string.
