Last year, we once again conducted a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey and asked our customers for valuable feedback on various areas of our company. There was the opportunity to complete a detailed questionnaire and evaluate us on topics such as products, innovation, quality, as well as friendliness, competence, and reliability. Top ratings for voestalpine Tubulars

The opinions of our customers are especially important to us and form the basis for necessary further developments. This is why we conduct a global survey every year, giving our customers the opportunity to provide honest feedback on our collaboration. This year's results once again speak for themselves and confirm the path we are taking together with our partners.

In addition to the already established product groups, this year’s survey also included questions about our new hollow sections for the first time. This allows us to gain an even deeper understanding of customer requirements in this area in order to address them more precisely. One aspect worth highlighting is the consistently strong perception of our commitment to innovation and quality.

Equally encouraging are the high satisfaction ratings in the area of direct customer support. In terms of friendliness, competence, and reliability of our main contact persons, we were able to consistently convince. We received particularly high ratings for our offer and order processing, initial contact, development phase and after-sales support.

These positive responses are also reflected in the Net Promoter Score, which increased from 73 to 78.5 points and represents the share of customers who would recommend voestalpine Tubulars.
