Our cut-shape facility is one of the most modern in Europe and offers far more than just precise flame-cut parts. Customers also value our processing services, which help make production processes more efficient.
Machining and forming
Our cut-shape facility features inline drilling systems on the flame-cutting units for twist drilling of through-holes, core holes, and blind holes. Additionally, we offer the full range of machining and forming steps.
Edge preparation
State-of-the-art beveling robots, plasma systems, and 3-torch units are utilized in the cut-shape facility to ensure precise edge preparation and optimal weld seam preparation according to customer specifications.
Heat treatment
Extensive annealing capacities are available for the heat treatment of products. Whether normalizing, soft annealing, or stress relief annealing—we ensure the targeted adjustment of material properties.
Testing technologies
As a mill-integrated flame-cutting facility, we offer comprehensive testing capabilities—from microsections, tensile, notch impact, and bead-on-plate weld tests to hardness, dye penetrant, ultrasonic, and magnetic particle testing.
Demagnetization
Targeted treatment reduces residual magnetism in the component, enabling ideal welding results. Whether for sheets or flame-cut parts—stationary and mobile devices can be used to check magnetization levels and demagnetize products.
Surface treatment
From automated or manual deburring and blasting to priming, as well as roller and press leveling: our surface treatments ensure high-quality products. Various marking methods are available for product identification.
Express delivery from stock
We offer hot-rolled strip and heavy plates from stock, including a wide range of high-strength and wear-resistant grades. Thanks to direct delivery from the mill, products are quickly available and ready for shipment within 48 hours.
