voestalpine Railway Systems Asia Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of voestalpine Railway Systems GmbH, based in Bangkok, Thailand. We provide high-quality railway infrastructure solutions across Southeast Asia and selected international markets. As part of the global voestalpine Railway Systems network, we bring together European engineering standards with a service-oriented approach adapted to regional customer needs.

The Bangkok office enables close cooperation with customers throughout the region, supporting efficient communication, flexible project execution, and timely response. With the support of experienced European specialists and long-standing expertise in railway technology, we deliver solutions designed to meet demanding requirements for safety, reliability, and performance. 

Our team of 60 professionals is committed to supporting the development of modern and sustainable rail transport. 

The local factory has an annual production capacity of approx. 450 turnouts ensuring reliable supply for projects across the region.

A dedicated local service team supports our customers with comprehensive expertise in turnout products as well as drive, locking, and detection systems. This team also provides professional overhauling services, along with customer training and ongoing technical support to ensure long‑term system performance.

We support railway operators and infrastructure projects in Thailand, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and South Korea.
