W14HH rail fastening system
The W14HH fastening system is specifically designed for heavy rail traffic, capable of supporting a maximum axle load of 350kN.
This advanced system includes a rail seat pad with high static stiffness, ensuring exceptional performance under demanding conditions.
Key Features:
- Improved flexibility: The innovative mid-loop clip design, located above the rail foot, provides additional flexibility, preventing overloading and plastic deformation of the clip arms, while effectively preventing rail rotation for increased safety and durability.

- Typical application - heavy haul with concrete sleepers on ballasted track
- Axle load - max. 350kN
- High longitudinal rail resistance - min. 9kN
- Electrical resistance ≥ 5 kΩ
- Clamping force for SKL14R (nominal) - 11.5 kN
- Gauge adjustment in the range of ±10 mm
- Optionally, the system can be fitted with an anti-abrasion pad to prevent excessive wear on the fasteners.
