Sales Manager – North West Region

- Accountable and fully responsible to manage all sales and welding related matters in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement the business strategy to ensure continual growth and increase company's market share in assigned country/territory
- Responsible for revenue and consolidated CM 1 for assigned territory
- Develop new business via acquisition of new key account customers.
- Ensure professional provision of technical support and after sales service
- Responsible for the achievement of Annual Targets.Budget
- Drives SPE within respective territory
- Planning of sales activities to achieve the targets
- Maintaining and ensuring market intelligence for the Area of responsibility

- Longstanding (welding-) technological sales experience
- Diploma as Metal Engineering
- Detailed Knowledge of product range of welding and welding processes
- Self-organized individual with high degree of individual responsibility and self-motivation
- Good understanding of complex contexts
- Strong communication skills, team-player with coordinating skills and assertiveness
- Ability to work across a multi-functional organisation
- Strong knowledge and experience in the use of Sales Management Tools (CRM)
