As of October 1, 2025, we are pleased to welcome Andrés Monroy as the new Commercial Managing Director for our North American sites and as a member of the Management Board of the voestalpine Rotec Group.
Based at our site in Monterrey, Mexico, Andrés will take on groupwide responsibility for the areas of Management Systems and Human Resources. Together with Silvia Estermann and Dirk Mahnke, he will play a key role in shaping the future of our global group.
Andrés Monroy brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in the B2B sector – having held senior positions in Portugal, Morocco, Germany, Argentina, and Mexico.
