Stefan Gerke has over 33 years of professional experience as a track designer with a focus on turnout technology, routing, and tendering with interfaces to operations and railway engineering equipment. Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Stefan Wenzel

Stefan Wenzel has more than 20 years of experience in turnout construction, turnout technology, and routing and has specialized in the field of track guidance (interface vehicle/track), with a focus on the optimization of the wheel/rail system, the determination of functional and safety dimensions for the superstructure structures, and the vehicle fleet of tramways, urban, and railway industries worldwide.

Matthias Döhler

Matthias Döhler has over 25 years of experience in the field of turnout technology. Through his extensive experience as the person in charge of the Gotha service region, he contributes to the effective management of construction sites both national and international with his practical knowledge in the fields of tramway turnout production, installation, and maintenance.
