High mobility pool
The high mobility pool gives mobile high-potential employees an opportunity to contribute their capabilities to international projects and, in this way, become familiar with the entire voestalpine Group. This development program is geared to university graduates with about three years of professional experience; over the course of two years, they can acquire valuable experience working on international projects in various countries, companies, and fields of activity. Between their project assignments, the participants of the high mobility pool program meet at so-called “homecoming days” where they exchange information about their experiences. So-called “blue-collar stays” are mandatory in order to provide the participants with a better understanding of our products and how they are manufactured. This also gives them valuable insight into the working conditions in production facilities.
The "High Mobility Pool" program was the main reason why I changed companies to voestalpine. Even during the application process I knew that I was in the right place. Everything was done in a very special manner here.
