Thanks to the many enthusiastic reports from former colleagues who had already worked at group-IT, my interest in the company was also piqued 12 years ago (as of June 2023). And so I sent off my application and was soon able to join. I started my career at group-IT as an SAP consultant/developer and now as an EDI consultant. Here my focus is on EDI topics, i.e. I program interfaces.
For me it is an absolute highlight every time to be able to present the fully functional, finished solution to the customer after the project work is done and to feel that the customer is also satisfied. This is very motivating for me and confirms my understanding of success. For me, success means receiving recognition from customers and superiors for my successful work.
And since one project always follows the next, I regularly get the opportunity to prove this understanding again.
The best part is that I can share successes with my great colleagues. What I really appreciate about them is that we have incredible cohesion and mutual support in all matters is a matter of course. That is incomparable!
In addition to my work and my colleagues, I also admire the wide range of benefits on offer.
