SAP Trainee Program

The SAP Trainee Program of voestalpine group-IT lasts for 1.5 years and is a combination of (full-time) work and training. This program is available in Germany, Netherlands, Sweden and Austria. Graduates become either an SAP Consultant or an ABAP Developer. Upon completion of this program, consultants mainly provide advice to customers, whereas developers handle the technological implementation of digital solutions.

The extra-occupational training programs (SAP Basics, and SAP Specialization Training) are conducted by training providers SAP and CODERS.BAY. From the very beginning, smaller customer requests for third-level support are processed with the help of mentors. From the second year on, our trainees handle various requests on their own and collaborate as qualified team members in various projects.

Throughout the entire training period, we always pay attention to the individual development of all trainees and provide guidance and support. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable and is able to develop their talents.
