The voestalpine group consists of the holding company and - broken down in accordance with the core business sectors - five organizational units (divisions): Steel, Special Steel, Railway Systems, Automotive and Profilform.
  • The group holding company is voestalpine AG, located in Linz, Austria. The company acts in a strategic management holding function and has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange since 1995.
  • Additionally, voestalpine AG is the parent company of the five divisions which, for their part, are the owners of each division's operational companies.
  • In keeping with the group's organizational structure, the heads of the divisions are also members of the group's Management Board.
