Discovering new things is better in a group: We host guided tours of the museum with or without a works tour for groups of 15 or more. Our visitor services are available at +43 50304 15 8900 and look forward to your booking. We will plan your visit individually so that you will have an enjoyable experience even in a large group.
Admission prices are reduced for groups.
Important information on group tours
Please be at the museum five to ten minutes before the tour begins.
There may be short delays at the beginning of tours for groups of more than 50 people. We ask for your understanding. We aim to take care of our guests as best we can, and this means that we must sometimes split groups, especially larger ones. This may be the reason for short delays at the beginning of guided tours.
If you are unable to make your booked appointment, please contact us at least two work days (Monday through Friday) before your appointment by email (anmeldung.stahlwelt@voestalpine.com) so that other interested visitors can be booked during your time slot. We ask for your understanding that reduced group rates will not apply if less than 15 people are in your group.
Please note that large pieces of luggage cannot be stored. A checkroom for jackets and coats is available.
